Our The Proposal Development Course for Humanitarian and Development Programmes at DARA Institute is a short, practical course designed to equip government staff, NGO professionals, programme officers, and consultants with the skills to design and write high-quality, competitive proposals for donors. The course builds competencies in problem analysis, needs assessment, project design, logframe development, results-based frameworks, budgeting, and aligning proposals with donor requirements and priorities.
